EPIC Wedding Showcase

Green Chair Events would like to invite green wedding vendors to take part in the 2012 Eco-Wedding Showcase at the EPIC Sustainable Living Expo, at the Vancouver Convention Centre. For the last 2 years, Green Chair Events has coordinated this showcase to great success, and we hope to go even bigger in 2012. We are very excited about organizing the showcase and we hope you can join us. The event will happen in May of 2012.

In 2011, over 18,000 visitors came to see the Expo and to visit our wedding showcase, and many of those viewed our wedding eco-fashion show. An expected 20,000 people will be in attendance this year and the media exposure and overall buzz will be immense. Your business can be assured of reaching an eco-conscious audience of thousands.

We are offering 36 square feet booths at a discounted price for you to showcase your Eco-friendly wedding-related business to the public. We supply the decor, furnishings and utilities. You bring your business! Exhibitor passes, guest passes, and an event parking pass will also be provided.
